Firm founder and senior partner, Mr. Berman graduated from Columbia Law School in 1965 with an L.L.B. degree and later a Juris Doctor Degree.
Stephen M. Asbel, Esquire
Stephen M. Asbel began his law career at our firm in 1990 and became a partner in 1997. His practice areas include Wills, Trusts, Estate Planning and Estate Administration, LGBT+ Law, Planning Second-Parent and Intra-Family Adoptions, and Gestational Carrier and Assisted Reproduction Technology Agreements.
